    Sicon was formally established and launched its first modular UPS with a single module capacity of 3K.

  • 2005

    According to the application features of the power industry, Sicon introduced special power modular UPS products to provide a new generation of highly reliable power supply solutions. IGBT+SPWM high frequency UPS products with single module capacity from 20 to 200 KVA were developed and launched on the market.

  • 2006

    The 200 KVA multi-standard modular UPS was successfully introduced to the market. Its excellent technical index of PF0.99 and THD ≤ 3%, and advanced design concept of front-end circuit technology led to a new tide of developing modular and integrated power products in the power industry.

  • 2007

    Sicon developed rapidly and our comprehensive strength continued to improve. An R&D center was established in Shenzhen.

  • 2008

    Intelligent, compact, and environment-friendly embedded modular UPS adopting DSP control technology was successfully introduced, which filled in the application blank of modular UPS in medium and low power ranges.

  • 2011

    A 40 KVA UPS module single unit with the maximum power density and minimum size was developed and released. It was unveiled at the Russia International Communication Exhibition and Germany Hanover Exhibition, and garnered attention from international customers.

  • 2012

    Our strength was further enhanced, and a subsidiary was founded in Beijing. Integrated HVDC UPS for data centers was launched.

  • 2014

    15 kW charging rectifier module, GB/T 30~360 kW charging station, and lithium-ion battery modular UPS were launched.

  • 2018

    The CCS CHAdeMO 60~360 kW charging station and 75 kVA UPS module were developed. Three product systems including data center infrastructure, new energy vehicle charging facility and energy storage facility were formed.

  • 2022

    Our subsidiary Ecube focused on manufacturing energy storage products.

  • 2024

    Getting ready to be listed in the stock exchange, broadening our financial and strategic horizons.
