Description

Renewable charging station is a comprehensive functional power station integrating photovoltaic power generation, energy storage and charging. In terms of different application scenarios, the equipment provides grid-connected and off-grid power supply and it is also capable of DC charging, battery checking. Meanwhile, the equipment is designed with an interface for photovoltaics when solar energy is available.

  • For places where power supply is limited and power capacity is difficult to improve, but there is demand for DC fast charging, such as community car parks.
  • For places which are influenced by construction sites, but there is a demand for DC fast charging, such as downtown areas, market places.

Benefits

Power produced by photovoltaic charging station could be used to charge electric vehicles, and the unconsumed power will be stored in power grid. At night when electricity price is low, the station will get charged through the grid. At daytime when electricity price is high, the energy storage system is discharged and the electric vehicle is charged by the charging pile. The energy storage system can be switched off-grid when the mains power goes out, enabling off-grid micro-grid operation to supply power to the project's end-loads and emergency backup charging piles as a back-up power supply, as well as emergency charging of electric vehicles in the event of a power grid failure.
